Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management software development.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
Experience with IAM protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC.
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, such as user lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Familiarity with IAM tools and frameworks, such as ForgeRock, Okta, or Ping Identity.
Understanding of cloud-based IAM solutions, preferably with experience in AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
